This merlot from the Okanagan is a soft, round, medium bodied wine. The fruit notes are overly ripe, bruised apple and raspberry jam with some tart plum notes. Unforunately the oxidized quality which works so well in their sparkling wines is slightly overpowering in this merlot. Tasted at WWAC Sept 2013.
