An evolved color here leads to a nose with some evolution. Quince kicks off everything, followed by light pot-pourri, dragon fruit and freshly dry cleaned shirts. The palate is plump with a juicy texture and lively festive bubbles. The palate has a certain richness here, reminiscent of the mini donuts you find at the fair, and is appreciated for its playfulness. An easy sparkling to drink in the early afternoon, I think it will find a good deal of fans.
