Maybe its more a matter of taste, but
I can't say I really enjoyed this 2006 vintage wine and for this price I've enjoyed better. I agree with Lawrason's review where he says it's, "wearing an earthy, dusty layer". Upon pouring it had an slightly acetone nose. There is a hint of raspberry. I found it more tight, dry, warm and 'salty', and not enough fruit. I thought after four years this might have opened up, like T.O. life was predicting. We slowly drank it over 3 hours, without much change. Perhaps I should have decantered it 6 hours earlier?
