This label finished third at the North of 9 White Burgundy tasting. In terms of Chablis, with its combination of zesty acidity and minerality, this is the classic minimal oak influence style that differentiates Chablis from the Cote de Beaune. It took a few minutes to open up becoming crisp and clean with hints of green apple pastry after some time in the glass. Lovely and lingering on the finish. (Tasted April 2010, Northof9finewine)
