Light straw in colour with fine mousse & medium to medium+ intensity on the nose.

Positives: If my best buy category was for under $30, this sparkling would definitely be one. Side note: Some LCBOs have this in clearance for $24.95, which does make it a best buy. This sparkling is easy to drink & features brioche, yeast, baked apples, lemon custard & stone fruit. Medium to medium minus in body with good acidity & medium+ length.

Negatives: None.

Drink now on its own or pair it with red Lumpfish caviar.

Aromas of apples, honey, brioche, toast, and lemon. Flavours are the same, nice crisp, and zesty. Lovely sparkling that can compete with the best. Great value. - Dec 2023

We love the Rose version of this dommestic sparkler. Just the right acidity for fatty starters or through to the main course. Great with Duck Confit. Love the colour and slight strawberry note to the finish.
