The 2012 Dover Vineyards Frisky Beaver White has sweet, intense aromas of citrus and green apple as well as it has subtle mineral notes. It is a medium to full bodied, dry, fruity wine; with tart acidity and a medium finish. Drink with food; drink now – 2016+. My impression: NICE, 88 pts – great value wine, hence recommended.
