The nose on this wine hit me with so much peach-filled goodness and it did not disappoint on the palate. A fresh, fruity and delicious Riesling. I look forward to enjoying it again soon.
Tasted November 2013. Light and crisp, this hit me with wonderful flavours of green apple and pear followed by a subtle bitter citrus. Drank with a cousin I hadn't seen in years, and her reaction when I pulled out the bottle was 'omg, that's my favourite, how did you know?' When I returned home, I went out and bought the last bottle in the store. Will enjoy this one again.
The 2012 Flat Rock Cellars Riesling has intense aromas of green/yellow apple, light citrus and washed stones minerality. It is a sweet, medium bodied Riesling with crisp acidity and a medium to long finish. Food friendly or a sipper; drink now and for the next 5 years. My impression: NICE, 88 pts. Tasted April/13 at WineAlign Cru tasting.

From hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed fruit. Arrested fermentation yields this charming Riesling from the Twenty Mile Bench. Off-dry, offering plenty of ripe peach, citrus, and underlying fresh acidity. Approachable with good length.
