Medium straw with medium to medium+ intensity.
A somewhat complex Chard that presents several different layers of taste. The first layer is citric, followed by buttery light toast and finishes with a mineral note.
Drink now or over the next 3 years, on its own or pair it with red snapper ceviche.

A lovely drinking Meursault with aromas of creme brulee, crushed rock, under ripe tropical fruit and vanilla. Medium bodied, creamy and elegant on the palate with passion fruit, vanilla, shortbread, lemon custard. Very good, well structured wine, but not convinced this is worth $45.
