This is a wine I really enjoyed. In fact, when I started my tasting note the first word that came to mind was 'yummy.' It was like an explosion of flavours on my palate and I can’t wait to try it again. Adamo is made in the apassimento style and then barrel aged for two years - it’s very fruit-forward and vibrant now, but I expect that with a few more years aging this will open up and be a totally different, equally delightful experience.
