Tight, minerally nose. Some lychee and petrol. Interesting complexity; Quite sweet almost like an auslese riesling crossed with gerwerztraminer.
An unusual pinot gris but I quite liked it.
This is a mouth coating pinot gris with medium dry sweetness matched with medium acidity and reasonable alcohol with good balance. Elegant with noticeable aromas and flavour characteristics of nectarine, apricot, honey, lychee and mango. Medium finish, some minerality on the palate. Definitely recommend this to drink now, not suitable for anything other than short term ageing.
