A very pleasant appetizer, rich and slightly sweet. John describes it well. At this price, I will buy some more of this little treasure.
A Bordelaise white for all budgets. Aromas and flavours of lemon, white flowers, and cut grass. Theres is plenty to enjoy here. Great value. Tasted February 2013.
A quenching wine that calls for fried seafood appetizers. Pale straw. The nose is losing its fresh Sauvignon fruitiness and offering more toasted grass, mineral, chalk, sesame, matchstick. The palate has almost spritz, dry, juicy acidity, peachy extract on finish. Clean, refreshing finish. Wee bit reductive, some air will benefit. Drink over next 2 years. Tasted Dec'13.
