Orchard fruit with a supporting seem of citrus. Fantastic balance with a mouthwatering backbone of acid supporting the off-dry sweetness. Long finish. Really enjoyable wine.

Lime, citrus aromas and hints of lemon with replays on the smooth, full-bodied palate. Finishes clean and off-dry. Quite nice. Tasted June/2012.

Very subtle nose of green apples and minerals. I find the palate to be very focused on minerals with only slight hints of green apples and citrus. Nice long finish. Tasted Sept 2013.

The 2010 Château Des Charmes 'Old Vines' Riesling, harvested from 20-30 year-old vines, is a light bodied, fruity wine, with appealing aromas of green/yellow apple and wet-pebble minerality. It is dry, has a refreshing acidity and a medium finish. Drink slightly warmer - around 10°C with food or simply by itself. My impression: quite NICE, 88 pts – well priced. Tasted Jan/13.
