Pale yellow with a hint of gold. Citrus, apricot, florals, minerals and a slight petrol aroma. The mouthfeel has viscosity, with candied lemon, creme brulee and honey wrapped in an off dry, almost mid sweet package. But the high acidity provides good balance. Very good length. Sips nicely, and the acidity gives sommeys something to work with for food pairings. April 2014.
