A youthful plum red in colour, the nose exudes aromas of
ripened wild forest berry fruit, cocoa powder and spice
accompanied by expressive floral notes. Bolstered by a firm
tannic structure, the flavours run seamlessly through an
interplay of recurring cherry, berry and licorice. Served
slightly chilled, it is splendid bistro fare. UNOAKED.
