Description: Copper in colour with a medium+ intense nose and a fine mousse. This sparkling wine features pink grapefruit, raspberry, strawberry and clementine. Medium body with good acidity and long length.

Drink now or in the next 3-5 years on its own or pair it with Eggs Florentine and Crispy Sage Potatoes.

The medium-bodied palate is slightly frothy with gentle acids and a dry flavour profile of red berry, citrus, and bready flavours with a touch of herbal bitter notes.
