inky, refreshing, succulent, not too sweet or overpowering syrah, get it while you can!

Sits dark, opaque and magenta edged in the glass. Dark fruit nose. Full, dense and spicy. Quite complex with taste buds delivering blackberry, pepper, tobacco, leather and chocolate. Lengthy with nicely integrated tannins and high alcohol doing a curtain call. Very nice syrah. 90+ so grip it n' sip it! Tasted March 2013.

Dark, rich purple colour. A very nice wine. I appreciated the structure of this wine and how it all came together on the palate. Dark, fruit, a little spice, noticeable minerality, medium tannins and a medium finish.

I would support short term cellaring.

Tasted June 2012.

There is an uplifting character to this Chilean Syrah (Shiraz). It is loaded with all the classic characteristics but retains a degree of freshness at the same time. Dark fruit (blackberry and cherry) combine with chocolate and spice on the palate; this will pair with the more pronounced flavours of the holiday meal. Tasted Nov 2012
