Incredible quality fruit from a ripe 2010 vintage along with a minimalist wine making approach makes this an undeniable, quintessential expression of Cabernet Franc from the Niagara Region. Loaded with everything I adore from smoky cherries, pipe tobacco, leather, plums, herbs and spices. Nice grip with a classic hit of sour to the long structured finish.
