Quite structured for a Dolcetto. Boldly fruited with flavours of cherries, blueberries and lightly medicinal notes. Lingering finish. Can keep for a few years for sure, but I enjoyed its vibrancy for current consumption. For those who dismiss Dolcetto as a light, sissy wine, this is a fine little value that will be a real eye-opener. Tasted Oct 2012.
