great port
Deep amber colour with high intense nose.
Positives: Its been a long time since I tasted such a beautiful complex & yet smooth Colheita. Plums, raisins, dates, nuts (macadamia, almonds & pecan), sandalwood, good acidity with a long finish.
Negatives: None.
Interesting Point: Tawnies are usually a minimum of 7 years in oak cask before bottling. This one spent 13 years.
Drink now & pair it with dark chocolates with almonds.

Reaffirms my faith in Tawny after a few disappointing tries.
A touch hot in the finish, otherwise no beefs.
Will grab another since I will probably sip this away before Christmas.
Revisit...still loving it!
A wonderful colheita at a wonderful price. This was in the same release as the Calem 10-year old tawny and this is easily the nicer of the two.
