dark inky cab, great structure, tannins are there but not terribly drying, I get blackcurrant for sure, very good finish, excellent value!!

tasted Aug 2013. was looking for a deep dark cab to accompany BBQ rib steaks and this delivered. more fruit intensity than I would normally enjoy but the complexity of mocha and scorched earth flavours along with great acidity and ripe tannins made this wine the perfect accompaniment.

A full bodied wine with lots of expressive, bold notes and flavours. Sweet blackberries and blueberries, coffee, mint, chocolate and black pepper. Mild, soft tannins and a long, velvety finish.
