first Red wine at LCBO Old Wine Appreciation course notes:
-Ruby red, light bodied
-earthy smoke smell
-light tannins, soft and oaked

-Good if you like a lighter red. I don't prefer it though. Well balanced with the food pairings they suggest: salmon steaks, or a portobello mushroom burger (aka- veg/pesc options on a "meaty" meal)
