This one seems to have mellowed significantly since the last time I tasted it. Aromas of new leather, black cherry, and spice. Full-bodied on the palate with pronounced but not intrusive sour cherry, currant and a dry lasting finish. Argentina is world famous for their high quality beef, so why not try this with peppercorn-crusted beef tenderloin. (Northof9finewine, April 2011)
