Unusual orange/pink/golden in glass. Nose is deep and full with floral pears and some other qualities. Palate is complex and powerfull with the floral pear qualities, rapidly transitions to buttery type banana notes.
Medium to full bodied, creamy mouth feel. Light on the acid (would like more) A tad off dry – not crisp - This is nice, leaves a long finish.
Particularly suited to dishes where coconut
and coriander are present, this wine will
also sing alongside white meats and creamy
pasta dishes.
