Very intense aromatics with sour cherry, blackberry, dark plums, smoke meat, clove and licorice aromas. Full bodied and generous mouthfeel with loads of flavours and concentrated fruit, balance acidity and ripe silky tannins. This Gigondas finish is long, smooth, rich with ripe berry fruit and garrigue flavours. This wine could be cellared for 10-15 years but has great structure and a very rich mouthfeel, drinking beautifully right now, so why wait? Strongly recommended.
