Jan 2022: Perfect mature Bordeaux, brimming with cassis fruit, cedar, spice and amazing ripe tannins. Never rush top flight B.
Oct 2017: Hitting its stride, with arch-classic cedar and cassis flavours. Med-full bodied, with tannins just starting to soften. Not profound, but quite delicious.
Decanted 1 hr. Dark ruby ambering at rim but still youthful. Classic cedar nose with hints of small berry fruit; oak very well integrated. Ripe, med-full bodied, tannins still quite grippy. Nice complexity, with lots to stick your nose into. I think this is going to last quite well. Bought em primeur for ?
