This wine is serious business. The copper-gold colour was extremely surprising and gave an indication of what was to come (2005 and botrytis). On the nose was tons of peach, honey and spice, flavours which replay on the palate with the stone fruit at the forefront. Medium bodied with excellent acidity that's so typical of Chenin Blanc, the finish goes on and on. Truly a work of art. Tasted July 2013.
