The 2009 Marchesi De' Frescobaldi Terre More Dell' Ammiraglia composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Syrah is light to medium bodied, with nice aromas of fruity cherry, prune, coconut and vanilla. Tannins are subtle to refined (decant for 15-30 min) and the finish is medium. My impression: NOTHING SPECIAL to NICE, 88 pts - bit too expensive for what it currently is. Tasted Oct/11.
