Tried on Jan 9-2012 at an impromptu Toronto BBQ in mid -winter. Marinated steak and chorizo sausages. Grilled Zuchinni and potatoes, Held up to hot (spicy) condiments. Forward tasting Cab with non-oak immature tannins. Sister fought the good fight. Not overly fruity, rounded strength of after finish WILL cellar for another 12 months and try on a more refined food compliment.
