An easy drinking mid weight red. Plum on the nose with hints of spice and chocolate and cigar box (nose is quite nice). A soft and well balanced, if somewhat less interesting, palate makes this a pleasant experience. Nice food wine.

Nice dry, medium bodied wine, even though a little bit on the austere side. Tasted June 2012.
