Surprisingly drinkable. Light, dry with a bit of sweetness. Lemon, peach, a hint of grass and petrol. Somewhat minerally. The Sauvignon Blanc is prominent in the blend. Not very "Bordeaux", this is new world in style (is new zealand new world?). A simple, well balanced, all purpose white.
