Lovely pink colour with fine mousse, but not over abundant. The nose doesn't show a lot, but it has raspberry, strawberry, a little yeast, bread & Some citric while minerality lingers. The taste is dry, good acidity, medium body & length. This sparking is not complex, but balanced. It shows strawberry, cranberry, limestone & some rhubarb. Nice sparking to drink on it's own or pair it with Caprese salad.

Here's a great way everyone can enjoy sparkling wines more often - and this value wine is perfect for the summer.

Pale salmon in colour, nose of red fruits dominated by ripe strawberries, with a hint of current/herbs.

Aggressive mousse lends a slight creaminess in the mouth. Vibrant on the palate, the slight savoury notes keeps this in relative balance. Medium finish.

Great value everyday summer sparkler.
