A pleasing Australian Riesling. Light straw coloured. Pineapples, citrus fruits, and oak flavours. Slightly sweet. Tasted January 2012.

Full throttle Riesling here folks! An interesting mix of grassy, herbal and subtle plastic/naugahyde aromatics – that’s not a bad thing. To taste this South Australian reveals rip-roaring acidity but a solid mineral core as well and just a hint of sweetness to balance the overall package. Expect lemon - and lots of it; lime and grapefruit too. It’s really quite good. The wine will easily cut through the weight of many cream-based dishes. Tasted April 2012

Petrol, green apple, and dustiness on the nose. It has a racy acidity and plenty of fruit. Much dryer than it first appears to be and it has a surprising amount of body. Serve well chilled.

Golden yellow with a pale green hue. This racy, vibrant, dry riesling shows good acidity. Petrol and citrus fruit invade the schnoz and lemon drops and apricot tingle the taste buds. Not a great sipper, and as the experts point out, this would be fine company for oysters or seafood drizzled with lemon juice. I enjoyed it as a partner for spicy Thai chicken. Grip it n' sip it! April 2013.

Dry, intense citrus taste. A little bit too much on the acidity. Served chilled will help.
