Lovely, lifted smoky and flinty aromas are layered over apple, pear, and savoury earth notes with a touch of reductive character. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has a creamy mouthfeel with lovely aroma replays joined by spice notes on the flavour profile. It is nicely structured with very good, clean acidity, along with a fine, mineral texture that appears on the mid-palate. A touch spicy with oyster shell mineral notes on the long, tasty finish. Tasted Oct. 2026.
