The fresh, medium+ intensity nose offers candied lemon drop, citrus, Asian pear, and apple aromas with hints of mineral. It is sweet fruited but essentially dry on the mid-weighted palate with good structure. The flavours on the palate mimic the aromas in a well-balanced fashion with notable lemon peel, citrus, and orange notes adding further interest. Acids are well-balanced, while the finish is crisp and dry, with very good length. Sept. 2025. Score: 88+ pts
