This blend of 60% Syrah, 20% Merlot, and 20% Limnio has a lovely, lifted nose of dark red berry, meaty, black peppercorn, red plum, red cherry, floral, clove, and sweet spice aromas in a complex profile. It's medium-full bodied and dry on the palate with very nice, well-balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile, alongside very good acidity and smooth, well-structured, and slightly chewy tannins.
