This blend of 50% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 10% Marsanne, and 10% Viognier has a fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose featuring anise, fennel, herbs, and ripe lemon citrus aromas. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has pleasing herbal and fennel flavours alongside rich and ripe citrus notes. A touch hot on the mid-palate, while herbal and ripe fruit notes linger on the slightly warm finish. Tasted June 2025.
