For XX edition: This blend of 80/20 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has a fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic nose featuring attractive autolytic, pastry, brioche, apple, pear, orchard fruit, and lemon citrus aromas in a very complex profile. The mid-weighted palate is dry with elegant bubbles and clean, fresh acidity. Lovely, well-balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile, along with a crisp mid-palate.
