100% Moschofilero fermented stainless steel tanks, amphorae, and foudres. The medium to medium-high intensity nose has lovely florals off the top, layered over peach, melon, stone fruit, and strawberry aromas, plus exotic white berry. The palate is dry, dense, and well-structured with lovely, well-balanced aroma replays echoing on the flavour profile. It has very good acidity, while earthy, cherry, red berry, and citrusy notes linger on the long, complex finish. Tasted Aug. 2025. Score: 91+ pts
