A blend of 40% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, and 30% Rondinella, with 30% dried grapes, this has a fresh, bright, medium to medium-high intensity nose featuring Asian spices, dark red berry, macerated cherry, and dried herbs & spice aromas. It all comes through with notable herbal notes on the dry, medium-bodied palate and is supported by juicy acidity. Tannins are somewhat firm and grippy textured, while herbs, dark berry, and macerated cherry notes linger on the long-lasting finish. Tasted May 2025. Score: 90+ pts
