The restrained, medium-high intensity nose is fresh with ripe citrus, lemon/lime, kiwi, asparagus, grassy, and pea pod aromas. On the dry, mid-weighted palate it has nicely balanced lime/lemon citrus, kiwi, and tropical fruit replays joined by nuances of leesy minerals on the flavour profile. Acids are squeaky clean, while the finish is long, balanced, and dry. Tasted Oct. 2025.
