It's only wine but I like it

Riper than most Sauvignons, with a bit of an exotic fruit component. Yet, the wine retains its acidity, giving it a crisp, clean character along with herbal notes as well. Superb balance, and very delicious. Unfortunately, the price is up $3 since the last time I had this Sauv (the '21), but it is still very finely priced for the quality on offer. Like the '21. immediately open for business yet I think ageable a few years. Tasted Dec 2025.
