Hand-sorted and aged 'sur lie' in French oak barrels gives this wine a beautiful bouquet of green apple, cream, delicate oak, clove and Meyer lemon. A medium to full-bodied, elegant Chardonnay showing the perfect balance between fruit and oak flavours. Green apple and sweet lemon flavours mingle with toasty oak and spice on the palate. A long lingering finish of refreshing lemon, green apples, and tangerine, accented by a touch of spicy oak.
