The medium-high to highly aromatic nose is smoky with oak and vanilla infused aromas surrounding a core of orchard fruit, apple, citrus, peach. It's well-structured on the dry, impressively weighted, medium-full bodied palate, with crisp, juicy acidity. Spice notes join the aroma replays on the flavour profile, tapering to spiced vanilla notes on the long finish. Tasted Oct. 2025. Score: 91+ pts
