Lovely, medium-high intensity nose has waxy, paraffin, and straw aromas joined by lemon citrus, herbals, and white floral. It's medium+ bodied on the dry palate with lovely, well-balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile and supported by sleek, well-balanced, and juicy acidity. The spiced mid-palate has a touch of textural grip, while stony mineral and white floral notes linger on the exceptionally long finish. Tasted May 2025.
