The lovely, medium to medium-high intensity nose offers spiced butter, apple, pear, and lemon citrus aromas. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it delivers lovely apple, pear, and butter replays, plus hints of vanilla. Touches of saline minerality adds complexity and interest on the mid-palate, while the fresh acids lead to long, well-balanced, and spicy finish. Tasted Oct. 2025.
