Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, this has a fresh and elegant nose of medium-high intensity with attractive red & black fruits, currant, cassis, cedary oak spice, and some florality. It's full-bodied and dry with crunchy tannins and mouthfeel. Dried herbal notes join the lovely aroma replays in a nicely balanced fashion on the flavour profile. Acids are fresh, while earthy oak and herbal notes linger on the long finish. Tasted Oct. 2025.
