As usual, a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, and, as usual, a very distinctive wine. Organically produced, the dark fruit is heavily accented by notes of local herbs and black pepper. Very little if any wood influence. This seems a bit more open than the last vintage that I tasted at about the same relative age. Love this wine. and it is $3 cheaper than recent vintages. A steal! Merci, Michel, merci! Tasted Nov 2025.
