The fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose is ripe with green apple, white peach, pepper, and spice aromas accented with steely minerals and ripe tropical fruit. The dry, medium+ bodied palate has a creamy mouthfeel with citrusy, apple, and peach flavours.
