This blend of 57% Shiraz and 43% Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium-high intensity nose that is open and ripe with currant, cassis, plummy, red fruited, peppery spice, and mineral aromas. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it is ripe with delicious aroma replays supported by smooth, chewy tannins that are gently grippy. Acids are crisp and juicy, while the juiciness lingers on the long finish with rich spicy and savoury notes. Tasted May 2025.
