Lovely, medium-high intensity nose delivers ripe lemon, white peach, pear, apple, and almond aromas, plus accents of leafy herbs. The dry, medium+ bodied palate is impressively structured with lovely aroma replays joined by touches of spice and mineral note on the flavour profile. More minerally on the mid-palate, along with crisp and structured acidity. Almond notes re-appear on the long, minerally finish. Tasted Oct. 2025.
